At NaturaBliss & Co., we take pride in creating high quality, handcrafted botanical products designed for sensitive skin. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@naturablissco.net with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly review your case and provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
