This Legal Notice governs the use of products and services provided by NaturaBliss & Co. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from or using our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the State of Texas.

2. Compliance with U.S. Regulations

NaturaBliss & Co. operates in compliance with applicable U.S. laws, including but not limited to:

  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines
  • U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) cosmetic regulations
  • Consumer protection laws

All products are classified as cosmetic products and are not drugs.

3. International Use

Our products may be accessed or purchased from outside the United States. However:

  • We make no representations that our products comply with laws outside the U.S.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and import restrictions

Use outside the United States is at your own risk.

4. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

All products are for cosmetic and personal care use only.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including but not limited to eczema, dermatitis, or medical skin conditions.

Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

5. Assumption of Risk & Product Use

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are using the products at your own risk
  • You will perform a patch test before full application
  • You assume full responsibility for any reactions, sensitivities, or outcomes

6. Allergy & Ingredient Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing product ingredients before purchase.

NaturaBliss & Co. shall not be liable for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Skin sensitivities
  • Adverse effects resulting from known or unknown conditions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. and applicable international law:

NaturaBliss & Co. shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Personal injury, allergic reactions, or irritation
  • Loss of use, revenue, or profits

arising from the use or misuse of our products.

8. Maximum Liability Cap

In all circumstances, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Product Variability & Natural Ingredients

Due to the use of natural ingredients, variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Scent

are normal and do not constitute defects.

10. Improper Use & Storage

NaturaBliss & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Improper storage (heat, humidity, contamination)
  • Use beyond recommended guidelines
  • Combination with other products or treatments

11. Third-Party Handling & Resale

Unauthorized resale, relabeling, or modification of products is strictly prohibited.

We assume no liability for products handled or altered by third parties.

12. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

13. Chargebacks & Fraud

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute all fraudulent chargebacks
  • Provide transaction records and delivery proof
  • Refuse service to customers engaging in abuse or fraud

14. Intellectual Property

All content, formulations, branding, product names, images, and materials are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NaturaBliss & Co. from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Misuse of products
  • Violation of these terms
  • Breach of applicable laws

16. Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

17. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

All products are used at the customer’s own risk. NaturaBliss & Co. shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaturaBliss & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to skin reactions, irritation, or dissatisfaction.

7. Product Handling & Storage
Due to the natural composition of our products, variations in color, texture, and scent may occur. Improper storage, exposure to heat, or contamination by the user voids any responsibility of NaturaBliss & Co.

8. External Factors Disclaimer
We are not responsible for product performance affected by external factors including, but not limited to: other skincare products, medications, environmental conditions, or improper use.

9. Children & Sensitive Use
While many of our products are formulated with gentle ingredients, adult supervision is required when used on children. NaturaBliss & Co. is not responsible for misuse or unintended use.

10. Business & Commercial Use
Resale, repackaging, or commercial use of our products without written consent is strictly prohibited. NaturaBliss & Co. assumes no responsibility for third-party handling, relabeling, or redistribution.

11. Shipping & Delivery
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, NaturaBliss & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

12. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be contested with full documentation. NaturaBliss & Co. reserves the right to refuse future service.

13. Intellectual Property
All branding, formulations, product names, images, and content are the exclusive property of NaturaBliss & Co. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

14. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing from NaturaBliss & Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, disclaimers, and terms outlined.
